Learn the art of infant massage. This is a wonderful way to bond with your baby and help promote development.  Over the course of 5 weeks you will learn gentle techniques to help sooth your little one, improve their sleep and enhance their overall wellbeing. Sessions are baby led so there is no pressure on you or your little one. Our welcoming environment is also a fantastic opportunity to meet other new parents.

 Designed especially for parents and little ones from 8 weeks to crawling age. In our calm, nurturing environment, you'll learn gentle massage techniques to soothe common discomforts, enhance bonding, and support your baby's development. Each session includes focused massage instruction, mindfulness practices and time to connect with other parents. With small class sizes, and a no-pressure atmosphere, we've created the perfect space for you and your baby to breathe, bond and grow together. ​

In this class, we create a nurturing and engaging environment where your little ones can enjoy music, movement and play. They'll have a blast as they crawl, wiggle and explore their surroundings, all whilst developing their sensory, motor and socialising skills. We also incorporate calming time with massage and provide opportunities for connection with your little one.
