Our circle brings together mamas with babies up to 6 months old (pregnant parents welcome too!) for gentle connection and community.
Each gathering begins with soothing baby massage techniques to help you bond with your newborn and learn skills you can use at home. Then we settle in for relaxed conversation, mutual support, and the simple joy of adult company with others who truly understand this beautiful, challenging season of early motherhood.
