This isn't just another baby class - this is a place to learn how to just 'be'.
We're the first to bring Nurture Harmonics to Suffolk, and honestly, it's unlike anything else I've experienced. The emphasis isn't on doing - it's about slowing down and being present with your baby, and most importantly, for yourself.
What happens in our sessions
Our groups are small and intimate because this work needs that gentle space. We bring together Sound, Somatics and Circle in a way that feels natural for you and your newborn. We start with simple breathwork to help you reconnect with yourself and your baby, and to settle both your nervous systems. Then we move into what we call the Love Bubble ritual - all the beautiful ways you bond with your little one through touch, your voice, scent, eye contact, and that gorgeous rush of oxytocin that comes with it all. The heart of each session is our 20-minute sound journey. You'll settle in however feels comfortable while we play a specially designed Nurture Harmonics soundscape - think nature sounds woven with healing frequencies. I add live percussion over the top, creating something really special for you both to sink into. We finish by coming together in circle, sharing in the way mothers have always done.
This is your space to step away from all the doing and just be with your baby.
