Perfect for babies from newborn to crawling, this class offers a gentle, supportive environment where you can learn valuable massage techniques, take a breath and connect with other parents.

Each week we'll share:

A warm welcome where we will focus on breathing and being present.

20 minutes of infant massage focusing a specific area each week, including routines to ease tummy discomfort and soothe teething troubles.

Time for a cuppa and friendly chat.

Finishing with time for gentle sensory activities like bubbles, nursery rhymes or parachute play.
